Split-type current sensor for 1-phase retrofit outdoors, IP67. LPCT per IEC 61869-10.
APPLICATION
The ExxxS current sensor (LPCT) is a non-conventional passive split type sensor for single-phase installation on the cables of gas- or air-insulated switchgear in primary or secondary energy distribution. The splitable design makes it easy to put the sensor on an existing cable. Earthing can be done at the current sensor, through the shielding of the cable, or through the S2 connection inside the IED.
