Yes. Our low-power voltage and current sensors to IEC 61869-1, -10 and -11 are designed to replace conventional transformers in medium voltage switchgear. They need less space and weigh less, and one sensor covers several ratings. All our sensors are passive and need no power supply. Our cone-type voltage sensors are no longer than a standard blind plug, so they fit into the T-connector without taking up extra space.

Our cone-type voltage sensors cover 12, 17.5 and 24 kV with a single sensor (U240 series), and 36 kV with the U360 series. For air-insulated switchgear, our support insulators with integrated voltage sensor are available for 12, 24 and 36 kV.

Our cone-type voltage sensors to IEC 61869-1 and -11 fit the most common deadbreak T-connectors on the market. All Type C cones comply with EN 50181.

Our sensors provide low-power output signals according to IEC 61869-1, -10 and -11. Relays with low-power sensor inputs can process these signals directly. If your relay does not have such inputs, our amplifiers and burden converter adapt the sensor signal to your relay. Not sure which option fits your relay? Yes. Our split-core current sensors open up and fit around installed cables without disconnecting them. Ring-type sensors are mounted on the bushing or slid over the cable during installation.
